    工作內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)述:通過電話和email的形式解答和解決采購系統(tǒng)用戶在實(shí)用系統(tǒng)的過程中產(chǎn)生
    的問題和遇到的困難。以及部分采購助理的工作:包括核查及審批訂單,直接泰國(guó)客戶溝
    通以明白采購需求, 和供應(yīng)商溝通以獲得更好價(jià)格, 保證貨物能及時(shí)完好得送達(dá)客戶。
    Responsibility (English)
    The Order Executioner is responsible for order fulfillment transactions and fu
    ll buyer purchase order placement.
    As an Order Executioner, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
     Review requisition requirements
     Work efficiently with requester/client for additional information or
    any questions
     Determine source from Sourcing Instructions and contact supplier for
    price and delivery
     Negotiate cost savings and terms when applicable (non contracted sour
    ces)
     Procurement of low dollar purchases services
     Consult Sourcing & Tactical Buyer to understand commodity strategy
     Knowledge of all client specific processes and procedures
     Initiate outline agreements
     Interface with clients and suppliers on supplier and payment issues i
    n conjunction
     Maintain all relevant supplier documentation (Certificates of Insuran
    ce; client specific EH&S documents, and supplier diversity certification)
     Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents
     Work with commodity manager and team lead
     Resolve blocked invoices
     Expedite Orders and follow up on deliveries
    The Customer Assistance Center agent is responsible for answering the inquiri
    es and provide solutions via phone and emails to the clients who are using pro
    curement application & process.
    As a CAC agent, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
     Answer incoming calls & Provide first call responses
     Generate a call tracking record
     Respond to routine “How to” questions
     Perform appropriate problem determination
     Conduct root-cause analysis
     Respond to status inquiries
     Transfer calls to appropriate support group as required
     Monitor email account
    所需要求:
    1.語言要求:能夠流利地用泰語和native speaker交流。
    average level of English skill. CET 6 will be a plus!
    2. 性格開朗,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),善于溝通和表達(dá)。
    3. 至少一周4天能全天工作, 能周一到周五全天工作will be a plus!
    4. 能接受工作時(shí)間:9:00-18:30 (和其他member輪流) 現(xiàn)在起-2012年6月底 (如果表
    現(xiàn)合格,在拿到畢業(yè)證書之后可簽合同或在之前簽三方。)
