Responsibilities:
1. Assist on HRIS system key in & data maintenance and employee personal file management ;
2. Assist on new staff on board and staff exit process;
3. Assist on operator hiring process and document preparation.
4. Other assignments as requiredRequirements:
Requirement:
1、正規(guī)本科在校生，人力資源/英語/工商管理等專業(yè),大三在校生優(yōu)先；研究生如果時間允許也可以；
2、可實習(xí)6個月以上，能保證一周至少4-5天全職工作：
3、熟悉office辦公軟件；
4、了解招聘流程，熱愛人力資源管理工作者優(yōu)先；
5、領(lǐng)悟力強，具備極強的學(xué)習(xí)能力和良好的溝通表達能力；
