Future Leaders
The Lane Crawford Graduate Leadership Program offers comprehensive learning and work exposure to all aspects of our business. Successful applicants will go through an 18-month tailored program and have the opportunity to experience the dynamic nature of fashion retailing. It offers a fast track for ambitious talent to climb up the corporate ladder with us. By successfully completing the program, individuals will have the opportunity to take up responsible, permanent positions in Lane Crawford mainland China, and/or Hong Kong.
Requirements: • Bachelor Degree holder or above with no more than 1 year of working experience • Driven, Passionate, Creative, Customer focused and Mobile • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset • A team player with good analytical, excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent command of Putonghua and English; Cantonese is a plus
