崗位職責:
1.負責公司日常行政管理的運作,協(xié)助經(jīng)理完成人事和財務管理的工作
2.整理采購部相關資料,協(xié)助采購員開發(fā)供應商和生產(chǎn)廠家,跟進訂單情況
3.協(xié)助美國總部維護公司網(wǎng)站信息
4.完成經(jīng)理交付的其他工作
要求:
1.本科學歷,行政,人事及物流相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2.熟練操作各類辦公軟件
3.有較好的溝通能力和執(zhí)行力
4.英文流利者優(yōu)先,有IT,銷售等經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duty (40%)-
Responsible for the day-to-day office general administration;
Prepare reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages;
Maintain records and paperwork;
Assist in all other task as assigned by supervisor and manager.
Purchasing/Sourcing (40%)-
Research and validate potential sources within the Asian market for DEX;
Develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with vendors to ensure high quality, cost effective supply and stimulate a proactive vendor base;
Ensure Supplier Performance & delivery commitments are me;
Work with Suppliers and Finance team to resolve any invoicing issue;
Testing parts, packing parts, entering data in into computer;
E-commerce Management (20%)-
Post and manage listings on various online retail stores.
Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (new graduate welcomed)
Major/experience in Business, HR, Supply Chain preferred
Fluent in oral and written English a big plus
Knowledge in IT, marketing, or sales a distinct advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Personal Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, Self-starter
Attention to detail is a must
