R&D Technologist-PD Beverage職位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
-Product development for Beverage projects, especially leaf tea.
-Looks after NEA and SEA countries, and may participate in global projects.
-Manages the coordination and execution of several product development projects in parallel.
-Manages the design and execution of consumer and technical tests.
-Acquires latest technical expertise rapidly in own working areas.
-Join as the R&D member in project team meetings.
-Manages the process qualification , validation and technology transfer to plants.
-Keep communication and cooperation with other research and development labs to maintain internal/external network.
-Directs and trains associates.
Job Requirements:
Professional/Technical Skills and Qualifications
-Candidates need to have formal technical training and higher level (beyond school) qualifications preferably a degree or diploma in food science or equivalent.
-Foundation training/qualification in food hygiene and microbiology
-At least 3 yrs formulation experience in food, Preferably with experience in milk tea
General Skills
-Previous development experience in tea based beverages would be highly desirable.
-Candidates should be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to a frequently changing work plan portfolio and the ability to plan and implement their work within challenging project timeframes.
-Good communication skills : good written and oral English
