    要求：
    1.學(xué)前教育或英語教育專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷
    2.5年以上蒙臺梭利教學(xué)經(jīng)驗
    3.1年以上幼兒園內(nèi)部管理經(jīng)驗（有校長資質(zhì)為佳）
    4.具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力、具備高度責(zé)任心，能夠承受較大工作壓力
    5.熱愛兒童和蒙臺梭利教育事業(yè)，性格開朗，具有職業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)精神、團(tuán)隊合作精神和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力
