Candidate must possess a university degree from a recognized university.
· At least of 5 years of working experience in a training capacity and in direct sales
· Candidate must possess good communication and presentation skills； positive attitude and is highly selfdriven.
· Sound knowledge of insurance (mandatory) and investment and other financial products (preferred)
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Intermediate to Expert in using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel software
· Candidate with AFP or CFP would be highly advantageous.
· Training experience in the wealth management department in a bank or financial planning department in
an insurance company.

· To report to Bancassurance Director till the Training Head has been hired.
