    職位描述:
    Scope of Role:
    To market and manage the relationship with customers and prospects with a solution-based approach by understanding the customers business needs for lending, cash and investment related products with the aim of enhancing revenue, identifying opportunity and providing value added solutions, therefore achieving long term sustainable growth.

    了解客戶對貸款、現(xiàn)金和投資等相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的需求,開發(fā)及維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,完成銷售目標(biāo);為實(shí)現(xiàn)長期的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的增長,識(shí)別機(jī)會(huì)并致力于提供增值解決方案。
    Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
    1、 A well thought-through, creative approach to satisfy customers, improve competitive advantage and improve performance.
    2、Proactively manage existing and prospective clients, accounts and follow up of relations
    3、 Direct impact on sales performance in terms of the loan drawdown amount. As per agreed business targets.
    4、 To conduct extensive and systematic Telemarketing call, if needed, and account management activities in promoting designated products and services.
    5、 Actively cross-sell the bank other products / services and ensure annual financial budget is met
    6、To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services.
    7、To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.
    8、To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
    9、Based on a shared sense of purpose and approach within CB
    10、 Based on a clear division of roles (and no duplication of effort) within MD
    主要職責(zé):
    1、 以周全、創(chuàng)新的方法使客戶滿意,提升競爭優(yōu)勢及業(yè)績表現(xiàn);
    2、積極主動(dòng)的管理現(xiàn)有和潛在的客戶,提供業(yè)務(wù)幫助,跟進(jìn)各類關(guān)系;
    3、 根據(jù)所制定的業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo),達(dá)到放款指標(biāo);
    4、 進(jìn)行廣泛和系統(tǒng)的促銷活動(dòng),如電話營銷。如果需要,對指定產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)進(jìn)行營銷;
    5、 主動(dòng)銷售銀行其它產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),確保達(dá)到年度銷售業(yè)績指標(biāo);
    6、提供高質(zhì)量、高效的售前和售后服務(wù);
    7、 編寫和維護(hù)有關(guān)銷售活動(dòng)的準(zhǔn)確報(bào)告;
    8、遵守所有相關(guān)的反洗錢程序,對于所有可疑事件,及時(shí)向部門反洗錢主管和直線經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。
    Selection Criteria:
    1、 Possess at least a College/University degree and above; or have relevant working experience
    2、Relevant experience in banking, foreign banks/multinational corporate experience is preferred
    3、 Good knowledge of bank products, policies, and business strategy
    4、 Good credit appraisal and marketing skills with the ability to interpret financial information
    5、 General understanding of the economic, commercial, political and business environment of the region
    6、 Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure
    7、 Quick learner
    8、 Good communication and presentation skills
    9、 Presentable, good personality with good business etiquette
    職位要求:
    1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷,或具有同等學(xué)歷的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
    2、 有相關(guān)銀行、跨國企業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
    3、 了解銀行產(chǎn)品、政策及經(jīng)營策略;
    4、 良好的信用評價(jià)與營銷技能,對金融市場有敏銳觸角;
    6、 積極樂觀,愿意承受工作壓力;
    7、 良好的溝通,表達(dá)及學(xué)習(xí)能力;
    8、 優(yōu)良的個(gè)性品質(zhì),勇于銷售及解決業(yè)務(wù)過程中的問題。
