    -Working Frequency: 3-4 days/week
    -Assignment Duration: March – June 2012
    Responsibility:
    • track weekly open PO, communicate with vendors to pull in overdue/comi
    ng PO;
    • document management of vendor/PO;
    • search for potential materials/vendors through website;
    Requirements:
    1. University students major in Mechanics, Automation or Management
    2. Good oral and written communication skill in both Chinese and English;
    3. Computer skills. Office application software;
    4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, open minded and easy going;
    5. Proactive and result oriented;
    6. Can work 3-4 days/week in Minhang District, Shanghai
