• 處理、分析基因表達(dá)數(shù)據(jù)集
• 收集特定植物表型相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)及信息
• 構(gòu)建植物基因進(jìn)化樹(shù)
職位要求
• 生物信息、生物統(tǒng)計(jì)、計(jì)算生物學(xué)、系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
• Perl，BioPerl語(yǔ)言項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• 熟練使用如blast等生物信息軟件
• 具備Linux/Unix環(huán)境使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• 熟悉R、Matlab等語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)的優(yōu)先
• 具有良好的英語(yǔ)溝通及書(shū)寫(xiě)能力
