Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing high-level quality support for MS server products. Provide responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to North America Microsoft customers.
Knowledge and Skills:
1.University or college graduate, a BA/BS degree in Computer Science is preferred.
2.Ability to use the desktop computer system and the Internet and intranet.
3.Knowledge of Office product usage.
4.CET-4 excellence. Good English communication skills. Fluent Spoken and Written English
5.Able to work in flexible working time
6.Excellent customer service sense.
