云南盈江5.8級(jí)地震 已有多人遇難（雙語(yǔ)）
3月10日12時(shí)58分，云南省德宏州盈江縣發(fā)生里氏5.8級(jí)地震，震源深度約10公里。地震造成縣城電力、通訊中斷，天緣超市、永勝賓館及多處民房倒塌，城區(qū)大部分圍墻倒塌。該縣目前啟動(dòng)了《盈江縣地震應(yīng)急預(yù)案》四級(jí)響應(yīng)，積極開(kāi)展救援工作。
