8. “商檢軟條款”是信用證中軟條款最為集中的項(xiàng)目。俗話說(shuō)，害人之心不可有，防人之心不可無(wú)，進(jìn)口商開(kāi)列“商檢軟條款”并非完全不合理，對(duì)含有這類條款的信用證應(yīng)一分為二，根據(jù)具體交易情況進(jìn)行分析，區(qū)別對(duì)待，不能一概拒絕；對(duì)列有由申請(qǐng)人或其授權(quán)人簽發(fā)檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)且其簽字與銀行留存簽字樣本一致條款的信用證一律不接受，對(duì)不能或很難辦到的商檢條款應(yīng)及時(shí)接洽客人通過(guò)開(kāi)證行改證，不宜接受只憑客人出具的檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)或報(bào)告正本作為議付單據(jù)，安排客人檢驗(yàn)必須要留有足夠的時(shí)間，以便及早拿到符合信用證要求的檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)。
9. 無(wú)木質(zhì)包裝聲明等。出境貨物木質(zhì)包裝是指木板箱、木條箱、木托盤(pán)、木框、木桶、木軸、木楔、墊木、枕木、襯木等。自1998年底起，美國(guó)、加拿大、巴西、歐盟、澳大利亞、韓國(guó)、日本等國(guó)對(duì)木質(zhì)包裝的貨物，要求必需進(jìn)行檢疫、熏蒸處理并提供相應(yīng)證明。熏蒸（Heat treatment/ Fumigation）、木質(zhì)包裝（Wood Packing Material）、無(wú)實(shí)心原木（No Solid Wood）等詞匯頻現(xiàn)相關(guān)證書(shū)中；對(duì)已熏蒸過(guò)的木質(zhì)包裝，應(yīng)加貼“Passed Treatment”標(biāo)簽，所有標(biāo)簽應(yīng)置于木質(zhì)包裝的醒目、表露部位，并確保牢固。經(jīng)人工合成或經(jīng)加熱、加壓等深度加工的膠合板、刨花板、纖維板等不屬于木制包裝。
10. 出口特定產(chǎn)品應(yīng)滿足檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)志、標(biāo)識(shí)和標(biāo)簽等的要求。比如出口到日本的紡織品有如下功能性標(biāo)志認(rèn)證：“Q”標(biāo)記認(rèn)證（是日本的優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)志）、“HEMP”標(biāo)記認(rèn)證（日本麻紡織協(xié)會(huì)規(guī)定的麻標(biāo)記認(rèn)證協(xié)會(huì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）、檢針標(biāo)志認(rèn)證、SIF標(biāo)記認(rèn)證、Oko-tex Standard 100標(biāo)簽認(rèn)證等；許多進(jìn)口國(guó)還要求紡織品出口商應(yīng)提供所出口的紡織品的AZO Free Cerfiticate （不含偶氮證明）。
三、 實(shí)例分析
1. Preshipment inspection for quantity，quality，description，classification and price should be carried out by Cotecna Inspection SA for issuance of a Clean Report Of Findings （CRF）. The final invoice and packing list shall be endorsed by Cotecna Inspection SA with number and date of issuance of the CRF which must accompany shipping documents.
