    Division
    Casualty
    The Casualty division is responsible for the management of the
    Casualty product line. This includes analyzing performance drivers and
    business practices with a goal of modifying and / or creating products
    that can be distributed through our Client Markets units. The division is
    also responsible for actively managing the product line by underwriting
    individual transactions and managing the portfolio.

    Job Description
    As a member of the Casualty Treaty Desk, you will review, structure,
    price and also be in direct communication with an external party to sell
    our products and services (both new and renewal, both proportional
    and non-proportional). Depending on your technical and market
    experience, you will at some stage assume direct underwriting
    responsibility on assigned markets, where you will work closely with
    the respective client managers in servicing our treaty clients. Beyond
    traditional treaty structures, you will also work with client managers
    and at times other line underwriters on new product offerings or
    bespoke financial solutions. You will maintain up-to-date, accurate and
    comprehensive data quality in our systems landscape to facilitate our
    business processes.
    Requirements
    - Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    - Strong written and verbal communications skills, especially of
    complex solutions.
    - Overseas exposures would be an advantage.
    - Have a inquiring mind with good grasp of team collaboration.
    - Highly motivated goal-achiever with long-term vision.
    - Ability to sustain high level of work output and meet very tight
    deadlines.
    - Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and good computer aptitude is also
    required.
