Responsible for providing import/export administration and control to ensure compliance with government rules and regulations. Reviews contracts for required clauses and identifies omissions. Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment. Selects carrier/forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders.
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Requires a BS degree or equivalent
