Position: Research Assistant of Prof. Weiru Chen (Associate Professor of Strategy)

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist faculty on research project (field study on Chinese organizations growth)
• Assist faculty on teaching material development (strategy & innovation)
Job Requirements:
1. PhD student at year 1-2 or master student with intention to pursue a top PhD program in management
2. Good communicator in coordinating company interview and writing summary reports
3. Familiar with basic statistic software such as STATA, SAS, SPSS, or Excel
4. Preferable specialization in OB, strategy, OT or entrepreneurship field
5. Strong motivation to learn
Payment (confer Faculty FAQ)
For Master student: RMB 20-25/hour
For PhD student: RMB 25-40/hour
