    Main Responsibilities:
    · General Secretarial services:
    · Controlling daily schedule
    · Arranging appointments and scheduling
    · Assisting in translation and drafting letters
    · Responsible for traveling arrangement
    · Providing reception and assistance service for key customers and management
    · Document filing, organizing and maintaining
    · Preparing routine correspondence on own initiative or from verbal instructions
    · Administration work
    · Organizing / Coordinating management meeting
    · Consolidating monthly/ yearly revenue report
    · Preparing / Controlling management budget
    · Carrying out designated role / task
    Requirements:
    · University graduate with English language or secretary related major
    · Native Chinese Speaker with fluent oral and written English; TEM-8 is preferred
    · Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
    · Able to work effectively and independently with strong self-initiative in a dynamic, global, multi-cultural environment
    · Able to work under pressure
    · Will graduate in 2012.6 (can be transferred as permanent employee based on performance) and can work 5 days / week

    · 協(xié)助公司財(cái)務(wù)增值稅新政的試運(yùn)行
    · 開具銀行票據(jù)及付款流程的整理與安排
    · 憑證編制及錄入
    · 其它財(cái)務(wù)或出納等相關(guān)工作
    職位要求:
    · 實(shí)習(xí)期從現(xiàn)在起至2012.6月底(每周五天全職);
    · 本科學(xué)歷,財(cái)會相關(guān)專業(yè)佳;
    · 英語良好,可熟練使用英文進(jìn)行書面語及口語溝通;
    · 工作認(rèn)真,細(xì)致,有責(zé)任心;實(shí)習(xí)期結(jié)束后視實(shí)習(xí)表現(xiàn)決定是否留用。
