浙江省麗水市蓮都區(qū)人民法院21日公開開庭審理一起因利用騰訊QQ網(wǎng)絡(luò)相約自殺導(dǎo)致民事賠償糾紛的新類型民事案件。

因兒子通過QQ參與相約自殺活動(dòng)身亡，其父母將QQ服務(wù)運(yùn)營商——深圳市騰訊計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)有限公司告上了法庭。QQ是國內(nèi)最普及的一種即時(shí)通訊工具。
上文中的suicide pact就是“相約自殺”，pact指“協(xié)定，條約”等，多為written agreement(書面約定)，conclude/make a pact on something就表示“就某事達(dá)成約定”，例如：They made a pact not to tell anyone. (他們說好絕不告訴任何人。)
