三者都可以引導(dǎo)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句。Even if 與even though一般可以換用，意為“即使、縱然”，引出的從句敘述的是假設(shè)或把握我大的事情，有時(shí)動(dòng)詞可用虛擬語(yǔ)氣;though 意思是“雖然”，引出的從句敘述的是事實(shí)。如：
① He won’t tell me about it though he knows the news 雖然他知道這個(gè)消息但他不愿意告訴我。(他是肯定知道的)
② He won’t tell me about it even if / though he knows the news 即使他知道這個(gè)消息，但他不愿意告訴我。(他對(duì)消息或知或我知，句子含有一定的推測(cè)意味)
③ I will try even if I may fail. 即使失敗，我也要嘗試一下。
④ Though it was very late, he went on working. 雖然很晚了，他還繼續(xù)工作。
[注] though 和but 不能同時(shí)出現(xiàn)在句中。
