在CMR公約下，承運(yùn)人將對(duì)下列情況負(fù)責(zé)：
1.The acts and omissions of his agents and servants or other persons whose services he makes use; 承運(yùn)人的代理人，受雇人或其他人的作為和不作為。

2.Loss of or damage to the goods occurring between the time he takes over the goods and the time of delivery as well as for any delay in delivery.
自他接管貨物到交付期間發(fā)生的滅失和損害和延遲交付。
