（四）關(guān)于貨物
①品名、貨號(hào)和規(guī)格（commodity name, article number and specification）；②數(shù)量和包裝（quantity and packing）及單價(jià)（unit price）。
（五）關(guān)于運(yùn)輸
①裝貨港（port of loading / shipment）；②卸貨港或目的地（port of discharge or destination）；③裝運(yùn)期限（latest date of shipment）；④可否分批裝運(yùn)（partial shipment allowed/ not allowed）；⑤可否轉(zhuǎn)船運(yùn)輸（transshipment allowed / not allowed）。
（六）其他
①特別條款（special condition）；②開(kāi)證行對(duì)議付行的指示（instructions to negotiating bank）；③背批議付金額條款（endorsement clause）；④索匯方法（method of reimbursement）和寄單方法（method of dispatching documents）；⑤開(kāi)證行付款保證（engagement /undertaking clause）；⑥慣例適用條款（subject to UCP clause）；⑥開(kāi)證行簽字（signature）。
