    DDU(未完稅交貨)
    -“Delivered Duty Unpaid(... named place of destination)",即"未完稅交貨(......指定目的地)"。它指賣方將備好的貨物,在進口國指定的地點交付,而且須承擔貨物運至指定地點的一切費用和風險(不包括關(guān)稅、捐稅及進口時應(yīng)支付的其他官方費用),另外須承擔辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)的費用和風險。買方須承擔因未能及時辦理貨物進口結(jié)關(guān)而引起的額外費用和風險。本術(shù)語適用于各種運輸方式。
    DDP:完稅后交貨(……指定目的港)
    “完稅后交貨(……指定目的地)”是指賣方在指定的目的地,辦理完進口清關(guān)手續(xù),將在交貨運輸工具上尚未卸下的貨物交與買方,完成交貨。賣方必須承擔將貨物運至指定的目的地的一切風險和費用,包括在需要辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)時在目的地應(yīng)交納的任何“稅費”(包括辦理海關(guān)手續(xù)的責任和風險,以及交納手續(xù)費、關(guān)稅、稅款和其他費用)。
    記名提單是指在收貨人那一欄填上具體的收貨人公司電話信息,否則就是不記名提單。指示提單是在收貨人那一欄填 TO ORDER 。
    全式提單是指在提單背面印有運輸條款的;簡式提單則沒有。
    艙面提單(On Deck B/L):指表明貨物裝在船舶甲板上的提單。
    過期提單的原意是指晚于貨物到達目的港的提單。自國際商會《跟單信用證統(tǒng)一慣例》規(guī)定銀行拒絕接受晚于信用證規(guī)定的交單期限提交的單據(jù)后,有人也把這種晚交的提單歸入過期提單。但就其本質(zhì)而言,真正的過期提單應(yīng)當主要是指前者。
    倒簽提單是在L\C基礎(chǔ)上的,實際裝貨期晚于L/C上規(guī)定的裝貨期,而要求船公司將提單上的裝貨期改寫到L/C規(guī)定的最晚裝貨期之前。這種情況貨代是會冒風險的。
    預(yù)借提單是指你的貨已送到裝貨港,但貨還沒上船,而要求船公司提前出提單。正常是貨上了船船公司才會出提單的。這種情況也是在L/C貿(mào)易條款下出口商才會提這樣的要求。預(yù)借提單貨代同樣是有風險的。
