預(yù)支信用證適用的功能條款
1. 茲授權(quán)通知銀行應(yīng)允受益人預(yù)支款，其金額不超過200，000美元（為本信用證的金額20%）。憑本信用證項(xiàng)下的預(yù)支款，按付款當(dāng)天公布匯率折付并加付利息。預(yù)支款應(yīng)從本信用證項(xiàng)下匯票金額中扣除。
The Negotiating Bank is hereby authorized to make advance to the Beneficiary up to an aggregate amount of U. S. $200，000（20% of the amount of L/C）.
The advances， with the interest at ruling rate of exchange at the time of payment of such advance， are to be deducted from the proceeds of the drafts drawn under this credit.
或采用另一種表達(dá)文句如下：
2. We hereby authorize you to make such advances， which are to be repaid， with interest， from the payment to be made under this credit.
3. It is understood that the making of the temporary advances or the payments to the above mentioned Beneficiary shall be optional on the part of you.
