尾部包括合同的備注說明，簽約雙方的簽名，有效期，法規(guī)依據等內容。比如：This Contract shall come into effect after signature by the both parties. This Contract is made out in two original copies, one copy to be held by each party.本合同經雙方簽字后立即生效。一式兩份，雙方各執(zhí)一份。
通常，在簽字的時候，不僅要有打印的字體，雙方還要有手寫體的簽名。
合同翻譯中還有一些常用的詞組，這些詞組和我們平時所用的有些不同，看以下例子：
