What is the Quality Function?
Quality or more specifically Industrial Quality in L’OREAL includes quality control (from raw materials to finished goods), quality management, quality assurance, quality documentation & last but not least, manufacturing process. You will be in permanent contact with:
your external customers: suppliers, subcontractors, authorities…
your internal customers: colleagues in the plants, counterparts in China/Asia/Europe, contacts in headquarters…
You will be completely responsible for the quality indicators you are managing and in cooperation with your colleagues you will have to ensure that the quality objectives are reached.
