Today is the traditional Chinese festival - Spring Festival. In the morning, before I woke up, I heard the sound of firecrackers. The peaceful community today appears lively and extraordinary.
When you go out on the street, it becomes even more lively. People carry large bags of vegetables in their hands, while children around them run around with a bunch of small flower cannons in their hands, bouncing and jumping. Look! A little girl around four or five years old on my left ran ahead. Suddenly, he turned his head and shouted to an adult with bulging bags in his hands, "Dad, hurry up! I'm going back to shoot and play!" There were also two small red lights hanging on the street lamp, beaming with joy. Once you enter the market, it becomes even more lively! The crowd surged, and at a glance, nothing could be seen, only people. Oh my! It's really crowded, "I muttered to myself. A long queue had already formed at the checkout counter in the store.
At night, the community becomes lively again. The children all came out to set off fireworks. Put a 'parachute' on this one, and another 'the earth blooms' on that one. There are all kinds of fireworks available.
The street gradually quieted down again. The shop owners closed the shop. Carrying things home for the Chinese New Year.
Around 6pm, the community gradually quieted down and the children went home to have a reunion dinner. The lively scene of the day is gradually surrounded by night.

The Spring Festival is a traditional festival for Chinese and overseas Chinese. Chinese people have enjoyed the Spring Festival for thousands of years.
This year is the 30th day of the Chinese New Year, and every household is busy with setting up lanterns and colorful decorations, and my family is no exception. Look! Early in the morning, my parents were extremely busy. I saw my mother skillfully scrubbing the tables, chairs, doors, windows, and floors. The inside and outside of the room were shining brightly, and the most surprising thing was that the glass was shining brightly, as if there was no glass between them. Looking at Dad again, he carefully pasted the Spring Festival couplets on the wall of the gate with transparent tape, not leaning left or right, and not deviating. Yes, Dad's technique for pasting Spring Festival couplets is top-notch. Dad stood on the chair again and hung a red lantern, which represents joy and celebration for our family When the red lantern is hung on the balcony, it is more vibrant and eye-catching than any other house. My parents' every move left me dumbfounded as I watched from the sidelines. Suddenly, I remembered a legend about the Chinese New Year: in ancient times, there was a fierce monster called "Nian" that would come out to harm people and animals every twelfth lunar month. Once, "Nian" came to a village and was scared away by a big red clothes hanging in front of a house. The 'year' arrived at another place and was scared away by the lights again. People finally realized that 'year' is afraid of red, flames, and noise. At this point, I finally understand why people have to clean the inside and outside of their homes, paste couplets, window decorations, hang red lanterns, and so on during festivals. This custom reflects the Chinese virtue of being civilized and clean.
In the twinkling of an eye, in the evening, my home was a brand new place. I shouted happily, "Great announcement!" In the evening, our family three happily went to Grandma's home for New Year's Eve dinner. Two uncles, three uncles, two aunts, three aunts, and sisters were all here. Everyone gathered together and drank a toast to wish you good health, smooth work, and progress in your studies in the new year! 3.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇三
Today, we happily celebrated the 30th day of the Chinese New Year.
During the Spring Festival holiday, my parents and I returned to our hometown for the holiday.
My heart has already flown to my hometown before the school holidays. On the first night of departure, I was so excited that I couldn't sleep. I fell asleep on the train. When I woke up, the car had already arrived at the station.
Let's first return to our father's "old nest", which is our grandfather's house. As soon as I entered the house, I grabbed my tongs and started playing with the fire in the bonfire. I love playing with fire in the fire pit the most. Because we use a natural gas stove at home, and my grandfather's house is like this fire pit, we need to constantly add firewood to it. I love adding firewood to the fire pit the most.
It's also quite fun to play blowing balloons with my friends. We took a deep breath and blew hard on the balloon. In no time, many colorful balloons of different sizes were blown out. Then, when we let go of the balloon, it would make a "squeaking" sound and spin in the air. After the air was released, it would fall to the ground. We also tied many balloons into strings and hung them on the wall or ceiling, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The thing that makes me happiest is setting off fireworks on the evening of Chinese New Year's Eve. We placed the fireworks pole next to the stone, lit the fuse with a lighter, and immediately ran away. After a few seconds, small shiny spheres sprayed out from inside and threw into the night sky, like signal flares and shooting stars. When that small sphere suddenly exploded in the air, it threw out many bright spots, making the night sky colorful. 4.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇四
There are so many things that happen during the Spring Festival. Under the dazzling fireworks on New Year's Eve, amidst the laughter and cheers of people, and the loud sound of firecrackers, there are all cheerful figures.
In the early morning of the Spring Festival, various types of fireworks are set off in the sky, turning the black sky into bright colors. This is the first sight that appears before our eyes as the Spring Festival approaches. Standing in an open space, we are all attracted by the dreamy and enchanting scenery.
Fireworks continue to bloom in the sky, while people standing on the ground are already making wishes and blessings. We hugged our hands and silently made our New Year's wishes in our hearts, facing the sky full of fireworks. Looking forward to a wonderful life in the new year.
Gradually dawn broke, and the dim light in the morning dispersed the earth step by step. When the sky brightens, people wearing new clothes are ready to go and pay New Year's greetings. The sound of firecrackers echoed on the earth, creating an incredibly strong atmosphere of the New Year. The little boy and girl, dressed in new clothes and wearing a New Year's hat, were running excitedly, as if they were going to show all the New Year's changes on their bodies to everyone.
When they went to their elders' homes to pay New Year's greetings, a sweet and cloying "Good New Year!" made countless grandparents laugh as they listened. Children are happiest at this time, with endless candies and New Year red envelopes given by elders. These are things that make them happy all day long during the Spring Festival, one by one. Occasionally mischievous children, at the end of the day, their pockets and cotton coats are filled with snacks, making them both mischievous and adorable.
I have seen a lot on this day of Spring Festival, and everyone is congratulating me on a happy New Year. The sound of firecrackers kept popping, and people walking on the New Year's Eve were all beaming with joy. The Spring Festival is an incredibly lively festival, and it is also a festival that everyone loves. 5.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇五
Winter vacation always accompanies the Spring Festival. As the Spring Festival approaches, many places are crowded with people, and the festive atmosphere is strong. Even small lanterns are hung on the street lights, constantly reminding people of the arrival of the Spring Festival.
Watch the excitement at the sugar ball club
At the sugar ball club, people crowded around the snack stall. Approaching the sugar ball club, the first thing that catches the eye is the sugar paintings that attract children. The sugar painter was so busy that the children who surrounded him tightly held money in their hands and said, 'Uncle, I want a pig' and 'I want a butterfly'. I doubt if that uncle can receive the money. I saw a snack stall also surrounded by people. Upon closer inspection, it turned out to be a black man selling Xinjiang pork skewers. He was shirtless, playing upbeat music, and had a red ribbon tied around his head. He was grilling meat while dancing, which was extremely comical and attracted many people.
    Supermarket buyers flood the market
My mother took me to the supermarket for shopping. As soon as I entered, I was scared by the "sea of people". The checkout staff lined up in a 50 meter long line, each carrying a basket in their hand, making it feel like they were all mobilized to bring the supermarket home. We walked to the fruit area, where a group of middle-aged women deftly picked up fruits and vegetables, making people marvel at how good the Spring Festival is for clearing inventory. We picked a few scattered items left by people, and it took us 15 minutes to queue up for checkout. Leaving the supermarket, we were still immersed in the feeling of being overwhelmed by a sea of people.
The seafood restaurant is doing well
Dad took me to the seafood market, and as soon as I entered, I smelled a fishy smell of seafood. An uncle wearing a black short down jacket was discussing the price of ten crabs with the boss. After a while, a prompt sound of "WeChat payment... yuan" will ring in my ear. The crayfish in the small shop are both fresh and big, sold out instantly. The boss has already stopped selling to customers who buy less than 10 pounds and only "serves" big customers. Business is booming.
Before the Spring Festival, there are crowds of people everywhere, preparing for the grandest festival of the year - the Spring Festival, just for that Chinese New Year with a festive atmosphere. 6.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇六
This year's Spring Festival, my whole family went back to our hometown in Cixi, Zhejiang for the holiday. I am so happy!
My grandmother's family lives in a small village with beautiful mountains and clear waters. Every household lives in a two-story villa, with couplets and big lanterns hanging, creating a festive atmosphere. Finally, at noon, grandma made a seafood feast to entertain us, including turtles, prawns, crabs, eels, skin shrimp, and of course, grandma's signature dish of lotus root stuffed glutinous rice. We all ate with relish, praising grandma's good cooking skills. grandma was so happy that she couldn't stop eating and didn't even care about herself. Mom said, 'You should eat some yourself too!' Grandma said, 'Watching you guys eat so happily, I feel even more delicious than eating it myself!' The whole family burst into laughter upon hearing this.
After having a sumptuous lunch, we went for a walk and found that some villagers had gone hiking, and some elderly people had even gone together to listen to Yue opera and sing opera! Sister said, "Why don't we go to the beach to catch crabs and snails?" We all said in unison, "Okay, I agree." We then brought our small buckets to the beach. The seawater is very clear and endless at a glance. Fish jump up from the surface of the sea, and seabirds fly back and forth on the surface of the sea from time to time. We rolled up our pants and a wave of seawater rushed up to the shore. The seawater is really cool! We waited for the tide to subside before starting to catch crabs and snails. Crabs were crawling back and forth, and I hesitated, not knowing which one to choose for catching. Finally, my goal was set on the grandest one On the crab, that one moves the fastest, but this little trick doesn't stump me. I used a wooden stick to flip that crab over, hmm! You can't escape now, can you! I slowly put the crab into the small bucket, and later I caught many more crabs, including a few snails!
Unconsciously, we carried several small buckets and returned with a full load. Today's dinner is a crab feast, and our family is sitting at the dining table eating crabs with relish, chatting and laughing happily, full of joy. It's really great!
This Spring Festival, we returned to our hometown in Cixi, Zhejiang. What we saw and heard were all happy things. I felt that our life is so beautiful, and we should cherish everything we have! 7.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇七
With the sound of firecrackers, the year ends, and the spring breeze brings warmth into Tu Su. Have you already remembered the various customs and traditions of festivals in previous years?
With the warm sunshine shining on my face, I opened my eyes in a daze. Various sounds suddenly mixed into my ears, and I was curious. I looked at the calendar and suddenly realized that today is the Spring Festival! I hurried downstairs, and all kinds of Spring Festival couplets came into my eyes along the way. Look! Some are "Welcoming Spring Festival with a Smiling Face, Three Receipts of Blessings on the Eyebrow", while others are "Saying Goodbye to the Old Year with a Smiling Face, Joyfully Welcoming the New Year". My family is also preparing for the Chinese New Year! Dad has prepared Spring Festival couplets, lanterns and other supplies, and will soon hang and paste them on the wall!
In the community, I saw a child wearing new clothes and showing off to his friends. His friends were envious and looked around at his clothes; Some elderly people are playing chess and laughing happily; Some teenagers are competing without any distinction. There is new energy in the new year.
I saw an acquaintance and called out, "Good New Year!" while calling my grandparents to congratulate them on a happy New Year. They also responded with a smile, "Good New Year!" As night fell, our whole family sat together, enjoying a table of delicious food carefully prepared by our mother. We seem to be at war, and after dinner, the fragrance lingers around our noses, and the lingering fragrance lingers! Every day, thousands of households exchange their new peaches for old talismans.
The community is brightly lit, bustling with activity, and a constant stream of water flows outside. In the hall, we watched the Spring Festival Gala, the funny skits, the beautiful singing, and the dazzling dance performances, which made us all applaud and praise endlessly. Then, on the balcony, we looked up at the blue starry sky, listened to beautiful music and intense firecrackers, and felt an indescribable sense of comfort.
Jumping from year x to year x, how many things happened during this year, how many joys and sorrows, just think about it, they are gone forever. We must bravely embrace new challenges in the new year. As the saying goes, 'New Year, new hope!'! 8.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇八
There are many traditional festivals in China, such as the Yuanxiao (Filled round balls made of glutinous rice-flour for Lantern Festival) Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Loong Boat Festival, the Spring Festival, and the Tomb sweeping Day.
Celebrating the Spring Festival is also called the Chinese New Year. According to legend, there was a monster called "Nian" in ancient times. It was very fierce and usually lived deep under the sea. Every New Year's Eve, it would climb ashore and harm villagers, eat livestock... Villagers felt both angry and helpless, and could only hide in the mountains to avoid it. One year, on New Year's Eve, people fled to the deep mountains with their elderly and children. A strange old man prayed for food and asked people to take him in for one night, saying that he would drive away the Nian beast. An old lady left him half believing and half doubting. At night, the house was brightly lit, and Nian Beast was startled. Then, there was a loud noise of bamboo coming from the house, and Nian Beast dared not enter. At this moment, the old man opened the door wearing a red robe, and the Nian beast looked at him and hurriedly fled. Originally, Nian Beast was afraid of red, flames, and explosions. After the news spread, the Nian beast never came again, and setting off firecrackers and pasting Spring Festival couplets became the customs of the New Year.
This New Year's Eve, my dad and I posted couplets together. I am posting while reading the content on the Spring Festival couplets. Every couplet contains blessings for the Chinese New Year, and my favorite one is: Red plum blossoms in bud, proud of the winter snow, green willows opening their catkins to welcome the new year. I seem to see something in the white snow Dot by dot red plum blossoms proudly bloom, as if seeing the beginning of the Chinese New Year, a new green, full of vitality. At night, our home was particularly lively: firecrackers rang out again and again, and the dishes for the New Year's Eve dinner were one on the left and one on the right, incredibly sumptuous. The family was full of endless conversations and laughter. After dinner, I happily climbed onto the bed, turned on the TV, and locked in the Spring Festival Gala. Those songs, dances, cross-talk, and skits firmly caught my eye, and I was still full of energy until late at night.
The next day, amidst the sound of firecrackers, I put on my clothes, washed up, and found a big red envelope under my pillow. It was filled with blessings and hopes from my parents, their love for me. I immediately ran into their room and said New Year's greetings to my parents. I wish my parents always young, always loving, always healthy, and always happy. They both smiled. After drinking morning tea, I went out with my parents to pay New Year's greetings. Everyone's face was flushed with joy, and they kept saying 'Congratulations' in their mouths.
I love family reunions, I love delicious food, I love beautiful new clothes, and I love the bulging thing in my pocket - red envelopes. Oh, I love the Spring Festival! 9.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇九
My family's Spring Festival usually starts on the 30th day of the twelfth lunar month. On this day, every family is at their busiest, and few people are idle. My sister is busy washing clothes and changing bed sheets, while I help my mother clean the windows, mop the floor, and tidy up, in order to showcase the new atmosphere of the New World throughout the year. Of course, couplets, window decorations, and calendars are essential. After cleaning, the home suddenly becomes clean, tidy, and beautiful.
On the 30th day, the importance of preparing the New Year's Eve dinner is second only to washing clothes. Adults are busy washing and cutting vegetables, making dumplings, and cooking a sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner for us, while we bounce around and try our best to help, but we can't get in touch and can only be in a hurry. Our New Year's Eve dinner is still chicken, duck, fish, and meat, just like in previous years. However, when I have nothing to do during the day, I finish all the desserts and often can't eat much of these rare things. I have to randomly choose a few to taste, often leaving behind a lot of leftovers that leave my hardworking parents stunned. But my parents won't talk about my land, because leftover food has become a symbol of surplus land every year at this moment.
A family rushed home from all directions and had a delicious New Year's Eve dinner together. Then it was our free time, with candies, fruits, and various pastries arranged on the table, ready to eat whenever we wanted. My whole family is full of joy, among which I am the happiest because I can exchange a big bag of New Year's money with a few sweet words. If you ask us about our wish for tomorrow, it should be to have more New Year's greetings.
New Year's Eve should be happy for me, but staying up late is not something I can accept. After watching the Spring Festival Gala and listening to the countdown clock, just as I was about to close my eyes and have a good night's sleep, the sound of fireworks outside the window rang out, making me feel sleepy and exhausted.
On the first day of the lunar new year, I slept until the sun rose high in the sky before getting up. I hurriedly finished breakfast, found our New Year's clothes, dressed neatly, and went with my family to pay New Year's greetings.
The Spring Festival ended when rice dumpling was listed. The Spring Festival slowly approaches amidst people's busy schedules, but it silently fades away, leaving people with deep affection. No matter how the days of the Spring Festival are spent, whenever I think of it, I can't help but feel amazed, proud, and proud of the charm of traditional Chinese culture. I wish our great motherland prosperity and prosperity, and wish our lives to become better and better! 10.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇十
The Spring Festival is the most lively festival, and both adults and children put down their tasks and prepare for it.
As the Spring Festival approaches, family members buy some sausages and cured meats from the market. That section of sausage, piece by piece of cured meat, all aroused my appetite. Seeing this food, my mouth watered three zhang long. I really want to eat it in big gulps. Anyone who sees it will eat a pound of sausages and cured meats. It can be imagined that taking a bite will leave an endless aftertaste.
In the new year, people will always clean their homes, remove old dust, and make everything brand new. Adults hold brooms that are over 30 centimeters long and sweep the walls as if painting them. Before that, they cover the furniture with some old cloth to prevent them from being invaded. Unconsciously, doing cleaning has become a competition that every household participates in, to see who can clean their own house.
Sending off the Kitchen God is a traditional custom in our area. Every year, we burn some paper in the kitchen and send the Kitchen God to the Heavenly Court to report the family situation to the Jade Emperor. Every year, there are colorful lights hanging on the streets, some in the shape of apples, some in the shape of meteors, and some in the shape of pentagrams... These lights will flash with brilliant light at night, making the streets look brand new. Looking around, you can see a sea of lights.
New Year's Eve is a popular trend during the Spring Festival, especially in the evening when children are required to observe the New Year. By 24:00, they can enjoy the fireworks display. I am watching the Spring Festival Gala in front of the TV, but I use my spare time to pay attention to the clock on the wall every moment, hoping that 24:00 will arrive immediately... At 23:59, people start counting down, and the exciting moment is approaching, 10... 1. At this moment, fireworks flew into the sky, breaking the tranquility of the night. The fireworks hit the night sky one after another, forming various patterns: some looked like flowers, some like stars, and some like closed shapes. All kinds of things Fireworks add a lot of color to the monotonous night sky and dress up many costumes. Thick smoke permeates the streets and alleys, blocking people's sight
On the first day of the first lunar month, people visit relatives and friends, and worship their ancestors. Most people eat reunion dinner with relatives. Eating rice dumpling means "reunion", and eating fish also means "annual surplus". What children are most looking forward to is New Year's money, which can be used to buy things. For them, without New Year's money, they cannot celebrate the Chinese New Year with joy. On this day, the number of vehicles on the road also increased several times, and the continuous flow of cars indicated that people from other places were returning to their hometowns.
After the 19th of the first lunar month, people should be busy again. 11.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇十一
Happy New Year, Happy New Year! First of all, I wish everyone a happy New Year and all the best. After that, I will tell you some funny stories from my Spring Festival.
Story 1: This year's New Year, my mother bought me a lot of balloons. On the 30th day of the Lunar New Year, my younger siblings and I filled all the balloons with air, and our house was covered in balloons. Watching adults busy coming and going in the kitchen, we decided to add a touch of New Year's atmosphere to our home. I took out many red lines from the room and asked my sister to tie the balloons with wires. I then hung the balloons with red lines in various places in the house: in the hallway, on the door frame, on the lights, on the appliances, in front of the mirror... The house was suddenly filled with a New Year's atmosphere. At this moment, the adults also brought out the prepared meals, and several families had a rare reunion dinner together. After finishing the meal, everyone started to move around. Isn't that how children use computers? My child Wang took his younger siblings to play computer games, while the elderly sat on the sofa watching the Spring Festival Gala. Adults gathered around the table to chat about daily life, occasionally giving us kids some delicious food and serving tea and water to the elderly... The New Year's bell is about to ring, and everyone is preparing to welcome the new year Arrival: Fathers bring fireworks and shout loudly, children bring the remaining balloons for decoration. 5. 4, 3, 2, 1 "Bang" Dad ignited the good luck of the New Year, and "Bang" we crushed the bad luck of previous years (balloons). In joy, we welcome a new year
Story 2. As soon as I made a promise, I made a 180 degree turn and immediately said seriously, "If you want to wrap Wonton, you must first wash your hands. Only when your hands are clean can you start wrapping Wonton formally." I have already run to the pool to wash my hands.
After the preparation, my mother and I started to make Wonton. I picked up the Wonton skin and thought how easy it would be to make Wonton. Just take a piece of Wonton skin, add minced meat, and then squeeze it with your hands! This can stump me. 12.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇十二
The New Year has arrived, and early in the morning, I was awakened by deafening firecrackers. It turns out that dad woke up and whipped to celebrate the arrival of the New Year. I quickly got up and put on the new clothes that had already been prepared. After a while, Grandma brought several bowls of fragrant and sweet rice dumpling. (We eat rice dumpling on the first day of the New Year. Tradition indicates that in the new year, the whole family will live a sweet and happy life.)
After breakfast, my parents took me to my grandmother's house to pay New Year's greetings.
Pushing open the door, waves of coldness swept in snowflakes and landed on my face. The snowflakes in the sky are sparkling and dancing freely. This is a New Year's gift from Grandpa Winter! "I shouted happily.
Red lanterns and red couplets were hung in front of all the shops on the street. There are many pedestrians walking on the road wearing new clothes to visit relatives and friends. Everywhere is decorated with lights and colorful decorations, filled with a strong New Year's atmosphere.
When we arrived at my grandmother's house, we first paid New Year's greetings to our grandparents, uncles, and aunts. Then I started playing with my cousin. While playing around, Second Aunt's family also came. Grandma's house has become lively. Grandma saw that the whole family had arrived and said, "Come on, give out the red envelope! Whoever kowtows first will receive the red envelope first!" The three of us children ran over excitedly, kowtowing and receiving the red envelope. My second aunt's family is just four years old, and I don't know what kowtowing or red envelopes are, just like us. His crooked and twisted appearance made the whole family burst into laughter.
It's time for lunch, I saw the table filled with dishes that were delicious in color, aroma, and taste. The food is very rich. In addition to the traditional Taiwanese Meatballs and fish, there are also Beijing roast duck, spiced beef, spicy mutton, etc. The whole family gathers together, eating and drinking while chatting about daily life. Sincere and sincere, sweet laughter. The reunion dinner made us smile with joy, our faces full of spring sunshine, and our hearts warm. Everyone was intoxicated by the strong family affection and felt very warm.
After lunch, the adults gathered together to have fun. The three of us children were playing computer games, chess, and playing cards happily.
Unconsciously, it's getting late and we're ready to go home. My grandparents brought us some big cakes and fish again. The meaning is that "cake" sounds like "high", "fish" sounds like "surplus", bringing home "rising every day" and "surplus every year".
Spring Festival, family reunion, joyful and harmonious; Saying goodbye to the old and welcoming the new, with various passions, I love our ethnic customs, and even more so our traditional festival - Spring Festival! 13.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇十三

Every year when there is heavy snowfall, I become extremely excited: winter vacation, birthdays, and my favorite Spring Festival are all concentrated during this time.
I like the Spring Festival because before the New Year, adults were all preparing for the holiday and didn't have time to worry about me. I could sneak out and find a few friends to play wild in the snow: making snowmen, having snowball fights; I like the Spring Festival because it means lucky money to me. On the evening of New Year's Eve, I sat on a pile of red envelopes and happily counted them over and over again. Finally, I pressed them all under my pillow and fell asleep. Even my dreams were sweet; I like the Spring Festival because the reunion dinner is the most sumptuous
One factor that makes me enjoy the Spring Festival is that I can "watch" fireworks, which is not something I can just see if I want to. Only during the Spring Festival can I confidently "watch" fireworks. Secretly tell you, don't look at me for being tall and fat, actually I have a very small courage. I like to "watch" fireworks, but I never dare to set them off. It was only last year that I truly experienced the joy of setting off fireworks
As soon as I finished the New Year's Eve dinner, I pestered my dad to accompany me to set off fireworks. After finding an empty space, I excitedly stuffed the fireworks into my dad's hand and then jumped and hid behind to watch the fireworks. But my dad stood there leisurely for a long time without making a move. I couldn't help but ask him anxiously, "Dad, what are you doing? Let's set it off quickly!" "If you want to eat dragon meat, you can go into the sea, and if you want to watch fireworks, you can set it off by yourself!" My dad always said the same thing, but this is how to do it? Reluctantly, I walked over and set off the smallest firework, took the already lit incense stick, held my breath, and approached the firework as if facing a great enemy. As I approached, I was afraid of the fireworks suddenly exploding, so I quickly closed my eyes and stretched the incense stick towards the direction of the fireworks. Then, I ran towards my dad in a flash and hugged him in fear. But after a long time, there was still no movement. I turned around and saw the fireworks standing there motionless, as if mocking my timidity. At this moment, my father affectionately touched my head and said, "Child, don't be afraid! Have you seen the ignition line of the fireworks? It has a certain length and won't explode immediately after being ignited. Besides, this is a cold fireworks with a high safety factor... You can try again!" After listening to my father's explanation, I felt much more calm. Following the method he taught me, I really succeeded! Squeezing fireworks bloomed brilliantly in the night sky: white like snow, yellow like plum blossoms, purple brilliant, and red dazzling. Like flowers blooming in a garden, or like ten thousand horses galloping on the grassland. Looking at the fireworks set off by myself, I was deeply intoxicated!
I really want to shout out loudly, 'I love you, Spring Festival!' 15.關(guān)于春節(jié)見(jiàn)聞的英語(yǔ)日記 篇十五
During the Spring Festival, my younger brother and I both received New Year's gifts. What was it? A gun (of course not a real gun)! After lunch that day, my younger brother and I rushed out of the door with guns and brought over a dozen balloons. Of course, we were shooting balloons! It's been a long time since I've played with guns, and my hands itch whenever I see a gun.
The outdoor weather is good, even in the harsh winter, the warm winter day shines warmly on people's bodies, and the blue sky has no wind, making it a good day for shooting.
I exerted a lot of effort to inflate a few balloons. The new balloon was too difficult to blow, and with my younger brother excitedly standing by and watching, it took me more than ten minutes just to prepare. I hung the balloon on the shelf and set the rules for shooting balloons: two people take turns shooting, with the younger brother shooting first; A blue balloon that hits the head earns two points; Three points for hitting a yellow balloon; Hit the smallest red balloon for four points.
My younger brother picked up the gun and seemed to focus on aiming for a while. With a loud bang, a yellow balloon exploded and said, "Oh, oh! I hit it! I hit it!" My younger brother was so happy that he danced and danced.
It's my turn for the second shot. I aimed for a while and suddenly got a red one, which was four points. I saw my younger brother's face suddenly turn "gloomy". Next, due to his bad mood, his younger brother missed a balloon with several shots in a row. He became furious and flew into a rage, shouting, "What's going on!" He even tilted his mouth, looking like there was still a bottle hanging from his mouth!
The weather was getting hotter and hotter, and as soon as I looked at the sight, I felt dizzy and disoriented. The balloons were exploding one after another, and my younger brother was writing and drawing in his scorebook... In the end, I checked and realized that there were a few missing and added the ones that exploded. He scored more than me. Oh, haha, so my younger brother added all the balloons that exploded to his score. okay! You little devil! The balloons that were supposed to explode were evenly distributed, but you... he said seriously, 'You're the older brother, you should let the younger brother...' which made me laugh and cry.
After the shooting ended, on the way home, my younger brother ran and shouted, "I've hit more than my older brother!" We laughed happily together.
Although we only had a short time to shoot, it still made our arms sore. I think it's so hard for the uncle of the People's Liberation Army to stand guard and keep watch on the border of our country every day! They cannot return home to reunite with their families during the Spring Festival. I must learn from their spirit of fearlessness and selfless dedication, and use the spirit of the People's Liberation Army uncle to encourage me to study hard and make progress every day.
