招標(biāo)投標(biāo)是一種交易方式。項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)(包括貨物的購(gòu)買、工程的發(fā)包和服務(wù)的采購(gòu))方作為招標(biāo)方，通過(guò)發(fā)布招標(biāo)公告或者向一定數(shù)量的特定供應(yīng)商、承包商發(fā)出招標(biāo)邀請(qǐng)等方式發(fā)出招標(biāo)采購(gòu)的信息，提出所需采購(gòu)的項(xiàng)目的性質(zhì)及其數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、技術(shù)要求，交貨期、竣工期或提供服務(wù)的時(shí)間，以及其他供應(yīng)商、承包商的資格要求等招標(biāo)采購(gòu)條件，表明將選擇最能夠滿足采購(gòu)要求的供應(yīng)商、承包商與之簽訂采購(gòu)合同的意向，由各有意提供采購(gòu)所需貨物、工程或服務(wù)的報(bào)價(jià)及其他響應(yīng)招標(biāo)要求的條件，參加投標(biāo)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。經(jīng)招標(biāo)方對(duì)各投標(biāo)者的報(bào)價(jià)及其他的條件進(jìn)行審查比較后，從中擇優(yōu)選定中標(biāo)者，并與其簽訂采購(gòu)合同。這一節(jié)我們就來(lái)學(xué)學(xué)用簡(jiǎn)單的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)談投標(biāo)。
