本部分要解決這樣幾個問題：
（1）英文的48個音素；
（2）最基本的語音知識，如：元音、輔音、開音節(jié)、閉音節(jié)以及 r 音節(jié)，等；
（3）字母讀音規(guī)則和字母組合（留心注有"例外"的地方）；
（4）語音練習(xí)題。
