1. Set working plan on technical exploration
2. Conduct technical exploration on raw materials, formulation, product
3. Summarize the output and define the next steps/opportunities
Requirements:
1. BS or MS Chemistry and related fields (Polymer science or rheology experience are preferred)
2. Good chemical knowledge and experiment skill
3. Good communication skill, fluent English
4. Logical and scientific thinking
5. Able to work proactively, independent and be a fast learner
6. Can work at least 6 months
