Amorim集團(tuán)收購EDP的Galp Energia股票

Lisbon, Portugal, 07 Dec – Portuguese electricity company, EDP - Energias de Portugal has sold its 14.268% stake in oil company Galp Energia, to the Amorim Group for 720.5 million euros, the company said in a filing to Portugal‘s market regulator CMVM.葡萄牙里斯本12月7日電-葡電力公司EDP在給葡證券市場監(jiān)察委員會提交的報(bào)告中稱,EDP已經(jīng)將其持有的Galp Energia (石油和天然氣公司) 14.268%的股份出售給了Amorim集團(tuán),價(jià)值7.205億歐元。
    Reports in the Portuguese press last week said that the Amorim Group, through its subsidiary Amorim Holding II, and Angola‘s state oil company Sonangol, had offered 677 million euros for EDP’s stake.葡媒體上周的報(bào)道稱,Amorim集團(tuán)通過其子公司Amorim Holding II和安哥拉國家石油公司Sonangol支付了6.77億歐元收購EDP持有的Galp Energia股份。
    According to the same reports Amorim and Sonangol had already offered US$1.5 billion for the 33.34% of Galp Energia owned by Italy‘s Eni.同一篇報(bào)道稱,Amorim和Sonangol曾為購買意大利Eni公司持有的33.34%的Galp Energia股份開出了15億美元的價(jià)格。
    Eni, which is currently Galp‘s largest shareholder is in troubled talks with the Portuguese government about the future of its stake. Eni是Galp的股東,但是目前未能與葡政府就股份問題達(dá)成一致意見。
    According to EDP‘s filing, the company received 720.5 million euros for its stake and netted 398 million euros more than it originally paid for its share of Galp.根據(jù)EDP的報(bào)告,EDP出售股份的收入為7.205億歐元,凈利潤3.98億歐元,比原來購進(jìn)Galp股票時(shí)的投入的資金還要多。
    With this acquisition the Amorim Group becomes the fourth largest shareholder in Galp Energia after Portugal‘s electricity network operator, Rede Elétrica Nacional (REN), which owns 18.3%, the Portuguese state, which directly and indirectly via state holding company Parpública controls around 30% and Eni with its 33.34% stake.收購以后,Amorim集團(tuán)將成為Galp Energia的第4大股東,目前Galp的幾大股東是:葡萄牙供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商Rede Elétrica Nacional (REN),占18.3%;葡政府直接或間接(通過國營公司Parpública)持股約30%;Eni持股33.34%.
    ENI has an option to increase its stake in Galp Energia to 43%, but is in discussion with the Portuguese government about exercising that right. Eni希望將其在Galp Energia的股份增加到43%,但是與葡政府的談判還在進(jìn)行中。
