Lisbon， Portugal， 07 Dec – Portuguese electricity company， EDP - Energias de Portugal has sold its 14.268% stake in oil company Galp Energia， to the Amorim Group for 720.5 million euros， the company said in a filing to Portugal‘s market regulator CMVM.葡萄牙里斯本12月7日電－葡電力公司EDP在給葡證券市場監(jiān)察委員會提交的報(bào)告中稱，EDP已經(jīng)將其持有的Galp Energia （石油和天然氣公司） 14.268%的股份出售給了Amorim集團(tuán)，價(jià)值7.205億歐元。
Reports in the Portuguese press last week said that the Amorim Group， through its subsidiary Amorim Holding II， and Angola‘s state oil company Sonangol， had offered 677 million euros for EDP’s stake.葡媒體上周的報(bào)道稱，Amorim集團(tuán)通過其子公司Amorim Holding II和安哥拉國家石油公司Sonangol支付了6.77億歐元收購EDP持有的Galp Energia股份。

According to EDP‘s filing， the company received 720.5 million euros for its stake and netted 398 million euros more than it originally paid for its share of Galp.根據(jù)EDP的報(bào)告，EDP出售股份的收入為7.205億歐元，凈利潤3.98億歐元，比原來購進(jìn)Galp股票時(shí)的投入的資金還要多。
