Luanda， Angola， 09 Dec – Angola‘s Gross Domestic product （GDP） will grow between 15 percent and 27.9 percent in 2006， one of the highest growth rates in the world， the economic and social secretary for the Political Bureau of Angola’s ruling party， Manuel Júnior said Thursady in Luanda.安哥拉羅安達(dá)12月9日電－安哥拉執(zhí)政黨政治局經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)秘書(shū)曼努埃爾？久尼爾周四在此間稱，安哥拉2006年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值將增長(zhǎng)15%到27.9%，是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率的國(guó)家之一。
Speaking at the opening session of a seminar entitled， “Structural Factors for Economic Development，” to celebrate the 49th anniversary of Angola‘s governing party， the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola （MPLA）， Júnior said the growth rates would have a direct effect on levels of employment， family income and the general wellbeing of the Angolan population.在為慶祝安執(zhí)政黨，安哥拉人民解放運(yùn)動(dòng)（安人運(yùn)）成立49周年而召開(kāi)的“經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)因素”研討會(huì)開(kāi)幕式上，久尼爾說(shuō)增長(zhǎng)率將直接反映在就業(yè)情況、家庭收入和人民福利上。
Júnior， who is also Angola‘s deputy finance minister， explained that although the growth rate was related to the oil and gas sector the non-oil related part of the economy was recovering in a satisfactory way.久尼爾也是安哥拉財(cái)政部副部長(zhǎng)，他解釋說(shuō)雖然增長(zhǎng)率與石油和天然氣有關(guān)，但是非石油行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)情況也令人滿意。
"Of the 15 percent forecast for GDP growth this year， 10.4 percent is accounted for by the non-oil sector，" he said.“今年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值預(yù)計(jì)增長(zhǎng)15%，其中10.4%來(lái)自非石油行業(yè)。”
For 2006 the non-oil sector should contribute 11.9 percent to GDP growth. 2006年，非石油行業(yè)將帶來(lái)11.9%的國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)。
The macroeconomic stabilization process， according to Júnior， had allowed the government to control inflation， which is expected to total 17 percent this year， after 31 percent in 2004， 71 percent in 2003 and 102 percent in 2002.據(jù)久尼爾稱，宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定過(guò)程初見(jiàn)成效，政府已經(jīng)控制通貨膨脹，今年的通貨膨脹率為17%，2004年為31%，2003年為71%，2002年為102%.
