The agency quotes the manager of the national Angolan oil company， Sonangol， Syanga Abílio， who was addressing a meeting of 170 oil companies in London to inform them of Sonangol‘s plans to launch an international tender for exploration of seven blocs in shallow and deep water of the coast of Angola.
