Sao Paulo， Brazil， 29 Nov – Brazilian Internet portal and service provider， Internet Universo Online （UOL） will float 25.7 million shares in an Initial Public Offering （IPO）， which is expected to net the company US$180 million， the company said.巴西圣保羅，11月29日電－巴西互聯網服務商UOL（Internet Universo Online）公司將于12月16日在圣保羅股票交易市場首次公開發(fā)行2570萬股股票。該公司稱，預計凈利潤將達到1.8億美元。
The shares， with a sale price of between US$6 and US$7.40， will be floated on the Sao Paulo stock exchange on December 16.每股單價在6美元到7.40美元之間，將于12月16日在圣保羅股票交易市場發(fā)行。
Sixty percent of the total shares to be sold will be issued as preferential shares （shares that hold no voting rights） and the remaining 40% will be from the current shareholders of the company Portugal Telecom （30%） and Folhapar （10&）， holding company for the assets of the Frias family， which controls Brazilian newspaper Folha de S？o Paulo.待出售股票的60%為優(yōu)先股（持股人沒有投票權），剩下的40%將來自該公司目前的股東：葡萄牙電信（30%），Folhapar（10%）。該公司是Frias家族的資產。Frias家族還控制著巴西報紙《圣保羅頁報》。
