Luanda， Angola， 05 Dec – The proposal to launch a tender for a third mobile telecommunications license in Angola is due to be approved in a Cabinet Meeting this month， the minister for postal services and telecommunications， Licínio Tavares said Friday.安哥拉羅安達12月5日電－安郵政電信部長Licínio Tavares上周五稱，發(fā)放第三個移動電信經營許可證的提案將于本月內在內閣會議上獲得通過。
