Sao Tome， Sao Tome and Principe， 07 Dec – The government of Taipei （Taiwan） plans to take part in oil exploration in the exclusive area of Sao Tome and Principe and in its joint area with Nigeria， Sao Tome President Fradique de Menezes said Tuesday in Sao Tome.圣多美和普林西比，圣多美12月7日電－圣普總統(tǒng)弗拉迪克？德梅內(nèi)塞斯周二在此間稱，中國臺(tái)北計(jì)劃參與圣普的石油勘探，包括圣普獨(dú)占區(qū)以及與尼日利亞共同開采區(qū)。
According to Menezes， Taipei wants to be involved through its state company Chinese Petroleum Corp.， which may group together with other interested oil companies such as Brazil‘s Petrobrás.德梅內(nèi)塞斯說，臺(tái)北希望借其臺(tái)灣石油公司參與圣普的石油勘探，也有可能與其它石油公司合作，如巴西石油公司（Petrobrás）。
The president， speaking on state television station， TVS， said that Taipei had offered Sao Tome and Principe US$1.5 million to boost the country‘s state budget.德梅內(nèi)塞斯在國家電視臺(tái)TVS上說，臺(tái)北給圣普提供了150萬美元用于改善其國家財(cái)政預(yù)算。
