入選理由: 上考到純科技類話題還是5月份，8月份有很大的可能再度登場，而且有可能會(huì)和政府類的話題結(jié)合起來，即題目會(huì)以類似“政府應(yīng)不應(yīng)該在某項(xiàng)高新科技上投入”這樣的形式出現(xiàn)。
