We are a publicly listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in search of well educated young people who can help to grow our business. We have had outstanding growth in sales and profits for many years, details of which can be seen on our website at www.phosphatechina.com. We are a globally oriented company, licensed to import and export, actively supplying to customers all over the world.
We offer the opportunity for outstanding individuals to experience tremendous personal growth, enjoy a competitive salary and be promoted to management level in a short period of time. This position reports to the Group Vice President - Procurement, an American with over 40 years experience in some of the largest consumer products companies in the world.
The person we are seeking will have the following education and skills:
1. BS or Masters degree in English, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
2. Fluent in English as well as Chinese.
3. Skilled in computer use for business applications, including MS Word, Excel PowerPoint.
4. Able to skillfully present recommendations in both English and Chinese.
5. Willing to conduct thorough studies of market information and cost models.
6. Willing to learn to prepare detailed cost models for both ChengXing and its suppliers’ products and present conclusions.
7. Willing to develop negotiating skills.
8. Willing to travel as needed to enhance the growth of our business.
9. Willing to work in either Shanghai or Jiangyin
