業(yè)務職責：
1.To ensure the completeness of the quality documents about process inspectionand to file it .
確程檢查質(zhì)量文件的完整性，負責文件的歸檔工作。
2.According to the quality manual and quality instruction, to decide whether the product inspected is acceptable or rejected or should be repaired, or submit proposal to Technical Department for decision.
根據(jù)質(zhì)量規(guī)程要求，決定物品是否檢驗合格、不合格、需返修或向技術部提交相關建議，以作出決定。
3.To patrol workshops.
巡視車間。
4.To inspect the products submitted for inspection.
檢驗提交待檢檢驗的產(chǎn)品。
5.To inform the operator and Manufacturing Departments about the inspection results.
將檢驗結果通知操作工人及制造部。
6.To issue inspection reports and to issue non-conformity report when necessary.
簽發(fā)檢驗報告，并在必要時簽發(fā)不合格項報告。
7.To record the defects and errors found. To recommend the repair.
記錄發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量缺陷及錯誤。建議返工措施。
8.To distribute the inspection reports according to the quality instruction.
根據(jù)質(zhì)量規(guī)程要求分發(fā)報告。
9.To report to Quality control Manager on serious defects, serious property undulation on products, serious deviations on operations and daily inspection result.
向質(zhì)量經(jīng)理匯報產(chǎn)品的重大質(zhì)量缺陷、嚴重質(zhì)量波動、嚴重操作不當以及每日檢驗結果。
10.According to the quality manual and quality instruction, to decide whether the product inspected is acceptable or rejected or should be repaired, or submit proposal to Technical Department for decision.
根據(jù)質(zhì)量規(guī)程要求,決定物品是否檢驗合格、不合格、需返修或向技術部提交相關建議，以作出決定。
11.To supervise and check the reparation to ensure it is done correctly.
監(jiān)督檢查返修工作，確保操作無誤。
12.To monitor the operator ‘s performance to ensure they are following the quality instruction and work instruction. To check, record and correct the deviation of operation in the workshop.
監(jiān)督操作人員作業(yè)，確保其遵守質(zhì)量規(guī)程及作業(yè)指導書中的規(guī)定。檢查、記錄、糾正車間操作工作中發(fā)生的偏差。
13.All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager, Employee Handbook and Company Management.
執(zhí)行直接上司、員工手冊和公司請求的其他合理要求。
