字號(hào):

What do you think of my new suit?
    Terry: What do you think of my new suit?
    Michae: Not bad. I like the wide lapels and the pant cuffs. It reminds me of
    one I saw in the department store the other day. Did you get it there?
    Terry: No, I got it at that new outfitters on the main street.
    Michael: How much did it cost?
    Terry: $350.
    Michael: What? You could have got the one from the department store for $200. You've been ripped off!
What do you think of my new suit? 答案是'可以'.Think of、think about都有'對(duì)某人、某物抱…… What do you think of/about his proposal?(你認(rèn)為他的建議怎樣?)不過,think high/a lot/a great deal of(認(rèn)為很好)、think badly/ill of(認(rèn)為不好)等的of卻不可改為about,例如:Don't think ill of him just because he was late last time(不要因?yàn)樗洗芜t到,就對(duì)他產(chǎn)生壞印象)。 I like the wide lapels and the pant cuffs. Tuck your turn-ups/cuffs into your socks to prevent mosquito bites(把褲腳反折處塞進(jìn)襪子里,以防被蚊叮)。 Coats with narrow lapels are coming back into fashion即'窄翻領(lǐng)的外衣,又開始流行了'.Rip off是'敲竹杠',這個(gè)詞拙欄從前談過,不必贅言;值得一談的,是main street. There are several international banks on/in the main/high street(大街上有幾家國際銀行)。
