1. Description
Nokia General Accounting team is expanding its scope in China to payment area other than existing accounting area . So we are looking for a talent person to fulfil our coach position in this area.
Nokia General Accounting team is responsible for accounting, reporting, payment , fixed asset and opex issue. Performing outgoing payment related cases is one of its important function. The new hire will be under existing APAC&China Accounting organization. It's planned that work scope will cover China oversea payment , electronic bank statement download, netting payment files process as well as accounting issues .e.g outgoing payment account clearing, JE posting and BS reconciliation . The new hire will be responsible for process development and complicated payment and accounting issue solving, he/she needs to get deep understanding of payment process and principles , and be main contact for global payment and payment projects. As a coach, the new hire will monitor the efficiency and quality of payment process, coach other team members and make decision for payment related issues. He/she also should support line managers to make assignment in daily work and setup IIP objectives for other team members.
2. Qualifications
For this position, we hope the candidate will have
1. Bachlor or above degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Several years working experience in accounting or treasury area , people management experience is a plus
3. Excellent communication skill both in Chinese and English
4. Good analyzing skill , and willing to look into the case deeply.
5. Work with little supervision , be able to work under pressure
