    Responsibilities:
    • Visitors receiving
    • Mail distribution
    • Assist and arrange business trips including flight, hotel bookings, car renting
    • Maintain office facilities in good, clean and organized condition to insure a smooth daily office operation
    • Manage and ensure in-time purchase of office supplies
    • Arrange dormitory for foreign interns
    • Provide secretarial support to other colleagues including filing, typing, scanning
    • Follow on company Secretary & Admin process
    Requirements:
    • Fresh graduate major in business or literature disciplines
    • Excellent English both written and spoken
    • Good PC operation skills
    • Interest in working in international environment
