On April 12, Guinness World Records confirmed that China’s Xinhua Dictionary is the world’s most popular dictionary and its best-selling book. First published in 1953, the dictionary has been a cultural repository and language-learning tool for billions of people, according to Xinhua.
4月12日，吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄確認(rèn)，《新華字典》獲得“歡迎的字典”和“最暢銷的書(shū)(定期修訂)”兩項(xiàng)吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄。據(jù)新華網(wǎng)報(bào)道，于1953年首次出版的《新華字典》是一座文化寶庫(kù)，同時(shí)也是數(shù)十億人的語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)工具。
