工作職責(zé)(Responsibilities)：
-Be responsible for making and guiding the dry-type Power transformers process, drafting the process flow, confirming the dry-type power transformer process, implementing the testing of the transformer production, and submitting the raw material report according to the testing results.
-Be responsible for disposal and summarization of the problems found during such process of manufacturing transformer
-Carry out the design review with R&D. In case of any abnormal R&D drawing found during such process of manufacturing production, confirm together with R&D the drawing, propose any drawing error, and give feedback, if needed.
-Be responsible for process risk analysis and evaluation, and creating the preventive measures and flows. Be responsible for testing of new materials and new processes for dry-type transformer.
- Be responsible for dealing with the new product trial production problems and carrying out new process confirmation; in case of any production manufacturing problems of semi-finished products and finished products found during the manufacturing production, design the rework plan, confirm the new process and effect follow-up; make, modify and maintain WI and production process control plan; and properly prepare various tools and fixtures.
-Be responsible for improving and optimizing the process, and rationally arranging production to minimize the working hours. Be responsible for line-tracking, on-site inspection, finding and dealing with the nonconforming process problems, as well as for analysis and disposal of any production accidents. Inspect, analyze and improve quality and output of the workstations. Organize relevant trainings. Make the process layout.
-Be responsible for workshop round inspection, and find any abnormal process problems in a timely manner. Deal with any on-site problems and organize rework, repairing and process defect test to find out the defect causes, in accordance with the accident management procedures. After finding out the defect analysis results, correct and training the workers in a timely manner.
-Analyze the quality problem with quality team, if any, create emergency measures and add new precautions and communicate them with R&D quality department. If necessary, carry out teardown analysis of nonconforming products. Be responsible to arrange rework of the products and create new process flows.
資格要求(Requirement)：
- Bachelor degree in chemical Engineering.
- Min. 1 year experience in transformer or reactor manufacturing. Work in multinational company is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational and planning skill required
- Ability to communicate professionally with people at all level.
- Good at project management.
- Excellent PC and English skills.
