這里說的餡餅就是老外口中的pie，和我們的餡餅不同的是，他們的是烤出來的，我們的是烙出來的。Pie是英國人和美國人愛吃愛做的點(diǎn)心，因而也派生出數(shù)條習(xí)語。

這條習(xí)語起源于吃餡餅時(shí)那種“舒適和享受”（ease and enjoyment），不過，在比喻義中，easy的意思轉(zhuǎn)變成“容易”，比如：The examination was as easy as pie. 這次考試容易得很。
have a finger in every pie
這條習(xí)語起源于某人在“做每個(gè)派時(shí)都插手弄幾下”的情況。這里的in every pie是in making every pie的省略，現(xiàn)在用來比喻“樣樣事情都參與；每件事情都要管”的意思，比如：She always wants to have a finger in every pie if her neighbors are planning any little festivity. 她的鄰居如果打算搞一點(diǎn)喜慶活動(dòng)，她都要插一手。
