If, during air transportation, the documentation (technical information) is found lost or damaged, Party B shall, within 30 days after receiving Party A's written Notice, supply Party A free of charge with the documentation again.
如果技術(shù)資料在空運(yùn)中丟失、損壞，乙方應(yīng)在收到甲方書(shū)面通知后30天內(nèi)，再次免費(fèi)補(bǔ)寄或重寄給甲方。
If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Consultants, it becomes necessary to replace any of the Personnel, the Consultants shall forthwith provide as a replacement a person of equivalent or better qualifications.
如果由于咨詢者不能正?？刂频脑蚨斜匾鎿Q人員，咨詢者應(yīng)替換同等或更好的人員。
If, after thirty days form the commencement of such informal consultations, the Parties fail to resolve amicably a contract dispute, either Party thereto may require that the dispute be submitted to arbitration for resolution.
在非正式協(xié)商開(kāi)始30天后，如果雙方仍不能友好地解決合同爭(zhēng)端，任何一方可以要求將爭(zhēng)端提交仲裁解決。
If, under Clause 31, the Employer shall employ other Contractors on the Site, he shall require them to have the same regard for safety and avoidance of danger.
如果根據(jù)第31條的規(guī)定，業(yè)主在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)還雇傭其他承包人時(shí)，業(yè)主應(yīng)要求這樣的承包人在安全和避免危險(xiǎn)方面負(fù)有同樣的責(zé)任。
If, in accordance with the delivery schedule as stipulated in Chapter 4 of the Contract, the goods fail to be delivered at dates due to the responsibility of the Seller, the Seller shall be obliged to pay to the Buyer penalty for such delay in delivery at the following rates.
