1. kick ass 了不起

B: Yep. I just kick ass。
B: 是的！ 我就是厲害！
“kick ass”除了字面上的“踢*”外， 還有“厲害、打敗”的意思。當(dāng)“踢*”時(shí)， 比如某人放你鴿子， 你很氣， 就可以說(shuō)： “I'm going to kick his ass.“ (我得踢他的*)。當(dāng)“厲害”用時(shí)， 就像上面例句一樣用?！発ick ass” 還可作“打敗某人的意思”。比如某人一向在某方面比你強(qiáng)， 終于有一天你比他厲害了， 你就可以說(shuō)：“Hahaha...I kicked your ass.”。覺(jué)得 “ass” 太難聽(tīng)的人， 就用 “butt” 吧！
