談判時(shí)如何表達(dá)意見（一）

在雙方談判的過程中，一定要注意傾聽對(duì)方的發(fā)言，如果對(duì)對(duì)方的觀點(diǎn)表示了解，可以說：
     I see what you mean.
     （我明白您的意思。）
     如果表示贊成，可以說：
     That's a good idea.
     （好主意。）
     或者說：
     I agree with you.
     （我贊成。）
     如果是有條件地接受，可以用 on the condition that 這個(gè)句型，例如：
     We accept your proposal, on the condition that you order 20,000 units.
     （如果您訂2萬(wàn)臺(tái)，我們會(huì)接受您的建議。）
     在與外商，尤其是歐美國(guó)家的商人談判時(shí)，如果有不同意見，坦白地提出來而不要拐彎抹角，比如，表示無(wú)法贊同對(duì)方的意見時(shí)，可以說：
     I don't think that's a good idea.
     （我不認(rèn)為那是個(gè)好主意。）
     或者，
     Frankly, we can't agree with your proposal.
     （坦白地講，我無(wú)法同意您的提議。）
