    今天的主題隆重登場(chǎng):煎餅果子 Jian Bing Guo Zi - Pancake Rolled With Yau Char Kwai 哇哦,今天的主題可是煎餅果子呢!
    一、Ingredients
    原料
    Ingredients / 材料:
    * 3-4 section Yau Char Kwai (8-inch long)

    * 50 g All-purpose flour
    * 50克 面粉
    * 10 g Semolina

    * 100-120 g Water
    * 100-120克 清水
    * 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
    * 2個(gè) 雞蛋,打散
    * 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
    * 1大勺 辣椒醬
    * 1/2 tbsp Seafood sauce

    * 2 tbsp Chopped scallions
    * 2大勺 蔥花
    * 1 tsp Sesame seeds
    * 1小勺 芝麻粒
    * 2 tsp Vegetable oil
    * 2小勺 沙拉油
    二、Method
    做法
    1.Mix together flour, half egg and water until you have a well-combined and lump free mixture. Heat up a skillet, and brush with a bit of oil. Scoop 3-4 tablespoons of batter over Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
    1. 面粉,半個(gè)雞蛋以及清水入盆調(diào)勻成為無(wú)粉粒的稀面糊。燒熱煎鍋,搽上少許油,加入3-4大勺面糊,晃動(dòng)鍋?zhàn)幼屆婧龜偙倓颉?BR>    2. Pour some egg over, sprinkle chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Cook the batter for 1-2 minutes. Turn and cook the pancake until golden brown. Place it on a serving plate and brush with the sauces. Center the Yau Char Kwai and wrap up.
    2. 入適量蛋液,灑上蔥花和芝麻粒稍煎1-2分鐘。翻面煎至呈金黃色,起鍋擺盤。涂上辣椒醬以及海鮮醬,中間擺上油條,卷起成圓筒狀即可。
