一、Ingredients
原料
100 g Spaghetti
100克 意大利實(shí)心面條
8 tails Shelled shrimp
8只 蝦仁
50 g Carrot
50克 胡蘿卜
50 g Bell pepper
50克 甜椒
1 small Onion
1小個(gè) 洋蔥
10 g Dry black fungus

25 g Vegetable oil
25克 菜油
二、Marinade
腌料
1/3 tsp Salt
1/3小勺 鹽
1 tsp Jiafan rice wine
1小勺 加飯酒
1 tsp Corn starch

1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2小勺 孜然粉
1/2 tsp Light soya sauce

1/2小勺 蠔油
1/4 tsp White pepper powder
1/4 小勺 白胡椒粉
四、Method
做法
1.Cook the noodle in hot water with salt until soft, drain and soak for 5 minutes within cold water, then drain.
1.把面條用滾水加點(diǎn)鹽煮到軟,然后放到?jīng)鏊锱萆?分鐘,取出濾干水份備用。
2.Clean shrimps, drain and mix with marinadefor 15 minutes.
2.把蝦洗干凈,濾干然后腌制15分鐘。
3.Chop bell pepper, carrot and onion into thin shreds. Soaked the dry black fungus until soft, tear into small pieces.
3.把甜椒,胡蘿卜,和洋蔥切成絲。把黑木耳泡軟切成小塊。
4.Heat wokwith oil, place 1 tablespoon of oil to wok, stir fry shrimps in middle heat and dish up.
4.坐鍋點(diǎn)火,放入一大勺油,把蝦仁放入,中火炒至斷生盛起備用。
5.Heat up again the wok with the rest oil, add in onion and stir fry until fragrant. Add carrot and stir fry for 1 minute, then add in bell pepper and black fungus, return the spaghetti and seasoning, stir till all ingredients well-mixed. Dish up and serve.
5.把剩下油放入燒熱,放入洋蔥炒出香味,加入胡蘿卜翻炒1分鐘后加入甜椒和黑木耳,把面條回鍋翻炒,加入調(diào)味,翻炒完全均勻后盛起。
