蕃茄蝦球 Diced Tomatoes With Shelled Shrimps
一、Ingredients
原料
1 tbsp Chopped onions
1大勺 洋蔥末
1 tbsp Olive oil

1 clove Minced garlic
1粒 蒜末
1 pc Chili, cored and chopped

1 tsp Dried parsley
1小勺 歐芹末
2/3 cup Tomatoes, peeled and diced

150 g Shelled shrimps
150克 蝦仁
Salt
少許 鹽
二、Method:
做法:
1.Wash and devine the shrimps, dry them up with the kitchen towel.
1.蝦仁洗凈去泥腸,用紙巾抹去多余水份。
2.Stir-fry the onion with olive oil over the medium heat until the onion transparent, about 3 minutes. Add in minced garlic and chili. Stir fry until the garlic appears golden in colour.
2.用中火以橄欖油炒香洋蔥末至透明狀,約3分鐘,加入蒜末和辣椒,炒至蒜呈金黃色。
3.Add in diced tomatoes and dry parsley. Flavoured with a little salt.
3.倒入蕃茄丁,加入歐芹末,加入少許鹽調(diào)味。
4.Turn the heat down and stir briefly and let cook for about 5 minutes. Add in shrimps and stir until all the shrimps coated with the sauce. Cover and simmerfor 3-5 minutes until the shrimps are cooked. Flavour with a little more salt if desired.
4.轉(zhuǎn)小火,稍微翻炒,大約5分鐘。將蝦仁入鍋,讓每一只都可沾到醬料,蓋上鍋蓋煮3-5分鐘至蝦仁熟,可視個人口味再加入少許鹽。
